The Gamblezen Rules of Play

How account eligibility, verification, bonuses and payments work when you play with Gamblezen.

Gamblezen Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms govern every account opened with Gamblezen. Read them before you register, deposit or claim a promotion, since using the site means you accept them in full.

Who can play at Gamblezen

Gamblezen accounts are open to players aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly accept registrations from anyone under the legal age, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any point. If an underage account is found, it will be closed and any funds handled in line with Australian responsible gambling guidance. Players are also responsible for checking that online gambling is permitted where they are physically located at the time of play.

One account per person, per household, per device and per payment method is permitted. Opening duplicate accounts, whether to claim a bonus twice or to work around a limit you have set on yourself, is treated as a breach of these terms and may result in funds being voided and the account closed.

Account verification (KYC)

Gamblezen applies standard know-your-customer checks, in line with industry practice for regulated gambling markets. Verification can be requested at registration, before a withdrawal, or at any later point if our systems flag unusual activity. We may ask for a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of the payment method used to fund the account, for example a card photo with the middle digits masked or a screenshot of a PayID-linked account.

Withdrawals are paused until verification is complete. This is not a delay tactic, it is how we confirm that the person withdrawing is the account holder and that funds are not linked to fraud or underage play. Incomplete or inconsistent documents will extend the review. Once your documents are approved, they are kept on file so future withdrawals clear faster.

Bonus terms reference

Every bonus offered by Gamblezen, including the welcome package and ongoing pokie promotions, carries its own wagering requirement, eligible games list, maximum bet while a bonus is active, and expiry window. Those specifics are confirmed on the Bonus page and at the point you opt in. T&Cs apply to all offers, and we reserve the right to adjust or withdraw a promotion before it is claimed.

Breaching a bonus condition, such as betting on an excluded game, wagering above the stated maximum, or using a bonus with a method not permitted for that promotion, can result in winnings linked to that bonus being void. Advantage play, bonus abuse across linked accounts, and coordinated betting patterns designed to lock in a bonus with minimal risk are not permitted.

Deposits, withdrawals and payment processing

Gamblezen processes AUD balances using PayID, POLi, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Tether and Ethereum. Full details, limits and typical processing times sit on the Payments page. A few rules apply across all methods:

  • Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used to deposit wherever that method supports payouts, to help prevent fraud.
  • A completed verification check is required before the first withdrawal on any account.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are shown at checkout.
  • Crypto withdrawals are sent to the wallet address used for the matching deposit unless support confirms otherwise.
  • Processing times quoted are for Gamblezen's internal review; banking networks can add further time outside our control.

We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or a breach of these terms. Where a deposit is reversed by a bank or card issuer after funds have been played, the corresponding balance may be deducted from the account.

Account limits and self-exclusion

Players can set deposit limits, loss limits or time-based reality checks from their account settings, and can request a short break or full self-exclusion at any time. Limit requests that tighten your play take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit go through a short cooling-off period. Support for problem gambling, including Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 or https://www.gamblinghelponline.org.au/, is detailed on our Responsible Gaming page.

Changes to these terms

Gamblezen may update these terms from time to time to reflect new games, payment methods or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be flagged on the site, and continued use of your account after an update counts as acceptance. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before claiming a new promotion.
